Rae has been with Schaefer Enterprises since 2014.  She started in Community Connections and transitioned into the coordinator position a few months later.  Rae has worked in Social Services most of her life.  She has several years experience working in the mental health and substance use field as well. Rae also acts as Schaefer’s safety officer and a certified CPR and First Aid Instructor. Rae moved to Colorado with her husband in 2013.  They have 2 children, a son and a daughter and love living in Northern Colorado.  Rae and her family love spending time outdoors at the archery range, fishing, and hunting.
