Monique has been with Schaefer Enterprises since 2007 in a variety of roles and has been the Executive Director since August 2022. Monique worked closely with both the previous Executive Director and the Production Director that served Schaefer Enterprises for over 45 years. She had the opportunity to learn and be mentored by these legends. Monique has over 16 years of experience in this field. She has a passion for the IDD population and is a natural resource and advocate for them in the community. She continues to be involved in as many community connections, and opportunities to better the lives or our participants.  She works closely with other agencies in this area and is very well known for her involvement and positive impact she has with the participants that she works with.  Monique was born and raised in Greeley, CO. She is married with six children and one grandson.  When she’s not working, Monique enjoys kickboxing, fishing, camping, reading, family time and attending concerts and sporting events.
