Services Overview
Schaefer Enterprises, Inc. (SEI) provides day program services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These services are provided through the Medicaid Home and Community Based Waiver program to people receiving both comprehensive and SLS services. We are licensed to provide services to people who are 18 years old or above. In alignment with Person Centered Thinking, we develop individualized plans and services that are specific to you and your wants and needs!
Supported Living Services (SLS) Waiver Services
Supported Living Services (SLS) support individuals who live in their own home, apartment, or with family. Through the Medicaid Waiver, SLS offers flexible, person-centered supports such as Supported Community Connections (SCC), Specialized Habilitation, and Mentorship, along with services that build independence and community engagement. Supports are provided in both home and community settings.
Day Habilitation Programs: Community Connections and Specialized Habilitation
Supported Community Connection and Specialized Habilitation services focus on choice, skill-building, and meaningful experiences in the community. These services support individuals to build independence, develop life skills, and stay actively engaged in their communities in ways that are person-centered, purposeful, and engaging through our community-based clubs and experiences.
